(Yahoo!) - News of actor Paul Walker's death has affected every corner of the entertainment industry, right up to Queen B herself. On Tuesday night, Beyoncé dedicated an emotional medley to Walker at her Staples Center show in Los Angeles.

Beyoncé's performance of Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You" that runs right into her own song "Halo" has always been a moving staple of her stage shows, and was certainly a touching moment between performing her mega hits.

There's no obvious evidence that the singer and Walker were close, or even friends, but news of his death has proved to be shocking for even the most cynical film fan.

Beyoncé's song dedication comes right on the heels of another musical dedication from Wu-Tang's RZA, who released his song "Destiny Bends" on Sunday as an homage to his friend. RZA and Walker met on the set ofBrick Mansions, one of Walker's two films that are yet to be released in 2014, along with Fast & Furious 7. RZA wrote, "we talked, laughed, and exchanged ideas of life and fatherhood."
