Spooky fun with Eagle River/Chugiak Parks & Rec on Beach Lake Trails next to Chugiak High School- 17300 S Birchwood Loop Rd., Chugiak! For the little boys and ghouls it's the Trick or Treat Trail 5:30-8 PM to enjoy treats, fun and prizes for just $5. The Haunted Trail, which spooks up a little later, from 7-9:30 PM offers only tricks and please note kids under 11 must be accompanied by an adult.
