The Quebe Sisters

These real-life sisters bring echoes of a Texas dance hall and the Grand Ole Opry to Alaska. Hulda, Sophia, and Grace Quebe (rhymes with “maybe”) were only 7, 10, and 12 when they first took to the stage at a fiddle competition. These whiz-kid Western swing fiddlers went on to and share stages with American music legends including Willie Nelson and George Strait. Exploring Americana with fiddle and “their multi-part, close harmony and tremendous talent, first you’ll be transfixed, then blown away.” AnchorageConcerts.org.
