Some of you may know that recently I have begun to learn how to cook. I'm starting off with simple recipes, though. I have not graduated to using IRON PANS. However, if you are considering using iron pots and pans, you will need to 'season' them to reduce sticking, prevent rust, and extend the life of the pan. This excellent video shows you how.
My best friend is a chef. He swears by iron cooking. I think they'd be great for HOME DEFENSE, too. BOOOOONNGG!!!
