Here is a list of changes & things I can do now that I've lost 64 pounds. Ride my bicycle. Walk longer distances with no heavy breathing. Walk without a waddle (my thighs are thinner). Tie my shoes without holding my breath. Reach my feet to wash them without a brush. My car's steering wheel doesn't rub my tummy anymore. I can wear size 42-waist pants (several sizes smaller).
Also, my energy has returned and so has a more positive outlook. Losing weight is life changing!
I've found that Ideal Protein has been the easiest weight loss plan I've ever followed. I still have a way to go to reach my ideal healthy weight. My first major goal is to get UNDER 200.
