In the above before/after, you see me at 313 pounds on May 4, 2017, and getting ready to shoot a commercial at KTVA on February 9th for the Clean Air Challenge.  I have lost 151 pounds with You First & feel like I renewed my life thanks to the Ideal Protein Protocol.  

It was a very long fall from being a paratrooper in the mid-90's to becoming an obese man filled with excuses about why I couldn't lose the weight.  

But about 10 months later, I was out of excuses and down many clothing sizes.  But losing the weight is only half of the battle.  Now I'm learning how to maintain my health in a proper weight range.  In fact, I've gained a little and lost a little-- but am staying within that range since going on Phase 4 of the Ideal Protein Protocol.  


And yes, I've ENJOYED foods I love again, like the THREE P'S: Pizza, Pancakes, and Peanut Butter Sandwiches!! I'm learning how to enjoy food, but also to control it so that it doesn't control me.  I'm developing a new relationship with food. 


Considering that I was gaining and being overweight for 20 years, it is reasonable and WORTH IT to me that it will take more than 10-months of weight loss to learn the new habits I need to stay healthy and happy. 


Remember: I have my gifts, just like we all do, but losing weight is not one of them.  I needed a plan and guidance, and it all worked for me.  So if I can do this, why not you?
