What a beautiful weekend!  I enjoyed a sunny (but a bit windy) ride to downtown Anchorage and then out to Eagle River.  Along the way, I fueled up with a reindeer hot dog and some delicious tamales, which came in handy biking close to 50 miles.  I'm getting ready to bike and enjoy  the Tour de Cure for the American Diabetes Association on August 12th.  Here's my Strava app map.

After all, the better shape my legs and lungs are in, the more I'll enjoy the 63 miles with all the stops along the way.  Tour de Cure is a fully supported ride/run/walk with routes from 5 kilometers to 63 miles.  I'd love it if you'd join me at the event, and also on some of my training rides.  To help you get started, I've got a PROMO CODE below for you for free registration for the first five people to use it!

But first, let me tell you about the FUND RAISING INCENTIVES.
