YES, YOU **CAN** LOSE WEIGHT OVER THE HOLIDAYS!

Happy Thanksgiving!  What do I have to be thankful for?  Looking back at this time last year, I'd lost 117 pounds with You First on the Ideal Protein Protocol (link).  Eventually, I would lose 151 pounds.  


I'm grateful for the support of You First, the effectiveness of Ideal Protein, and for the support of family, friends, colleagues and fans who followed my weight loss and cheered me on to greater success.

That leads me to another thing for which I'm thankful; Ideal Protein is more than just a diet, it is now teaching me how to maintain my new weight and to live my healthy lifestyle.

After almost 20 years of putting on pounds since leaving the Army, I've very grateful that Ideal Protein is committed to teaching people about why we put on weight and how to keep off those unwanted pounds.  I feel much better equipped to handle food these days.
