FIND IT AND SAVE 50% ON YOUR CLEAN AIR CHALLENGE REGISTRATION!
It's time to get ready for the Clean Air Challenge! I'd like to invite you to join me where the rubber meets the road in support of the American Lung Association in Alaska. We'll be pedaling for cleaner air, healthier lungs, and longer lives!
The Clean Air Challenge is the first big bike ride of the year, happening Saturday, May 9th. The start and finish is the beautiful Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. I've been on the ride twice on it's current route. In fact, the ride is pretty special to me because it was also the first big Alaskan bike ride I did after dropping all that weight-- and I completed the one-day--100 MILE ROUTE! It was my first true Century Ride. I'll be attempting the 100 again.
Now, don't worry if 100-miles seems beyond your abilities. The Clean Air Challenge has 4 ride routes: 10, 26, 60, or 100 miles. Just select the route that suites you and enjoy. It's fully supported with SAG wagons and motorcycles (Service And Gear vehicles) patrolling the routes in case of bike breakdowns, and of course lots of snacks at the rest stops to keep your body fueled for the ride.
Also, you can join Team iHeartRadio no matter which route you select. After breakup, I'll get together with team members for some training rides to help get our team and our bike & gear road-ready.
FUND RAISING & INCENTIVES FOR THE CLEAN AIR CHALLENGE (CAC)
After you register, you will have a CAC fundraising page which you can modify as you'd like with your own photos and your own story. Tell people why you are raising money for the American Lung Association in Alaska. Share this page link often via emails and social media. It gives people a secure way to make donations.
