You know, when it comes to a person's weight loss journey, it seems like 'weight loss' and 'pounds lost' get all the credit and I completely understand that. When I got started with Ideal Health, I lost a total of 151 pounds over about 11 months-- after being overweight for almost 20 years!

On the left in this photo, I weighed 313 pounds at age 49 (March 4th, 2017). By the time my 50th birthday rolled around that October, I'd lost almost 100 pounds.
